  • You cancel your workshop registration at least 7 days before the scheduled date
  • The workshop is cancelled by us for any reason
  • You experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing online content
  • The service provided significantly differs from what was advertised

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  3. Wait for confirmation: We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days
  4. Receive your refund: If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

4. Refund Timeframe

Once your refund is approved:

  • Processing time: 2-3 business days to approve and initiate
  • Bank processing: 5-10 business days for funds to appear in your account
  • Credit card refunds: May take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your statement

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Workshops already attended or completed
  • Digital downloads that have been accessed
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the workshop
  • No-shows without prior cancellation notice
  • Gift cards or promotional credits

6. Our Cancellation Policy

If we need to cancel a workshop:

  • You'll receive full refund of all fees paid
  • We'll notify you at least 48 hours in advance when possible
  • You may choose to transfer your registration to another date
  • Refunds are processed automatically within 5 business days
Weather or Emergency Cancellations: In case of severe weather or emergencies, we'll reschedule or offer full refunds.
